Student Punches Teacher in the Face | Crime
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A student at First Coast High School was arrested Wednesday after allegedly punching a teacher in the face.
According to a police report from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Adam Brown, 18, was upset with his gym teacher because the teacher asked Brown to put away his iPhone multiple times.
Brown then allegedly made a racial slur and punched his teacher, Fred Culver, in the face and ran out a rear door of the gym, the report states.
A school resource officer chased Brown and detained him at the intersection of Starratt Road and Airport Center Drive.
Brown was arrested and booked into the Duval County Jail.
